Stojan Malbašić (Serbian Cyrillic: Стојан Малбашић, born 15 September 1959) is a former Bosnian Serb footballer and now a coach at FK Borac Banja Luka.
Malbašić played club football for Borac Banja Luka in the Yugoslav First League, helping the club win the 1987–88 Yugoslav Cup.
In 1992 he was part of the Republika Srpska official football team.
In May 23, 2016, he was appointed as the sprots director of Borac Banja Luka.
