Speranza Ndege

Speranza Ndege is a Kenyan educator and a director of various institutions.

Biography

Ndege received her Ph.D. from Ghent University in Belgium. She is director of the Institute of Open, Distance and e-Learning of Kenyatta University. Prior to it, for seven years she was a director of both the African Virtual University Learning Centre and the e-Learning Coordinating Centre. Currently she is co-chair of the University Strategic Planning and is member of appraisal board of the University Promotions. She also serves on the advisory board of a University Website and planning committee at the National Open University of Kenya. She is also chairwoman of the East African Regional e-Learning Forum.
