Somdip Dey (born December 13, 1990) is an Indian Artificial intelligence Scientist working on Embedded systems, a Journalist and an entrepreneur. Dey is currently the CEO of Nosh Technologies, an AI powered food tech company. Dey also works at the University of Essex as a Research Scientist and has previously worked at the Samsung R&D Institute, UK as a Research Engineer.
