Biography

Simon Jennings is a British-Danish marine biologist and macroecologist at the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science and a chairman of the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea. In June 1986 he obtained B.Sc. in marine and freshwater biology from the University of Stirling and in October of next year got his M.Sc. in applied hydrobiology from the University of Wales which was followed by Ph.D. in population dynamics of fisheries in December 1990 from the same place.
