Silu Wang (Chinese: 王丝路; pinyin: Wáng Sīlù; 1995 (age 21–22)) is a Chinese concert pianist who has performed in Europe and China.

  • 2009 - Studied at the Secondary School of Nanjing University of the Arts, mentored by Prof. Xu Jun, Head of Keyboard department
    • - “Pearl River - Kayserburg” National Youth Piano Competition - 1st prize
  • 2010 - “CMB - Sunflower” National Youth Piano Competition - 1st prize (Jiangsu)
    • - Shanghai "Hailun" International Piano Competition - Silver prize
  • 2011 - Fifth Steinway & Sons National Youth Piano Competition (China Division of the 75th Steinway &Sons International Youth Piano Competition) - 1st prize
    • - "Cadenza" National Youth Piano Competition - 2nd Prize
    • - Studied with Prof. Weiling Chen (Shanghai Conservatory of Music) and Prof. Jianzhong Wang (Shanghai Conservatory of Music)
  • 2012 - Moved to the UK. Studied at the Royal Academy of Music with Ian Fountain then the Guildhall School of Music & Drama with Philip Jenkins

  • 2016 - She was a part of the Guildhall Jazz, Symphony Orchestra & Chorus. In Barbican Hall, the group performed 'Academic Festival Overture' by Brahms and Walton's 'Belshazzar’s Feast'.
  • 2017 - Invited by composer Ben Burrows to help with the production and recording of the soundtrack as the only pianist for the first film made of the Warhorse story, 'A Couple of Downs and Outs' in Abbey Road Studio - a project sponsored by British Film Institute run in partnership with York St. John University.
    • - Awarded with a certificate of distinction in the SpringBoard International Concerto Competition..
    • - Performed the Chinese piece 'Spring Dance' in Milton Court Concert Hall.
