Career

Dr. V Sethuraman studied dermatology at Annamalai University. There he became close friends with the actor Santhanam, who eventually roped him into cinema. Sethu asked Santhanam to give him a lead role in a movie and Santhanam gave it to him in the super hit comedy movie, Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya. After the success of Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya, Sethu agreed to act in the sequel, Vaaliba Raja along with Santhanam.
