Panakkad Sayyid Abbas Ali Shihab Thangal is the fifth son of P.M.S.A Pookoya Thangal and the younger brother of Sayyid Mohammedali Shihab Thangal, Sayyid Umerali Shihab Thangal, Sayyid Hyderali Shihab Thangal and Syed Sadiqali Shihab Thangal.
