Sarah Beth Noriega (born April 24, 1976) is a former indoor volleyball player. She played for Loyola Marymount University from 1994 to 1997 and was named the 1997 West Coast Conference Player of the Year. She also played for the United States national team at the 2000 Summer Olympics.
