Sahak Mirzoyi Ter-Gabrielyan (15 February 1886, Shusha - 19 August 1937) was a Soviet Armenian statesman and politician. In 1928-1935 he was the Prime-Minister (chairman of Sovnarcom) of Armenian SSR.
Since 1904 he was a communist activist in Baku. In 1918 during the Baku Communa he was the Oil Minister and the chairman of Emergency Commission. In 1920 he was a member of the Revolutionary Committee of Armenia, since 1921 - the permanent representative of Armenian SSR (then - Transcaucasian Federation) in Russian SFSR. He was also a victim of Stalinism as he died in the Great Purge.
