Sabir Mammad oghlu Alasgarov (Azerbaijani: Sabir Məmməd oğlu Ələsgərov, October 27, 1936 — November 20, 2020) was an Azerbaijani announcer.
Sabir Alasgarov was born on October 27, 1936, in Tbilisi. In 1961, he graduated from the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian Language and Literature.
S. Alasgarov worked at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee and was the chief announcer of the radio from 1966–1972, and of the television from 1972–1990. He also worked as the head of the announcers' department from 1990–2006. He was the host of "Khabarlar" information program, "Saadat", "Gunun Nabzi", "Safa" and other programs.
Sabir Alasgarov died on November 20, 2020.
