S.T.Chellapandian is an AIADMK politician who won the 2011 Tamil legislative assembly elections from the Tuticorin Constituency. He was the Minister of the Labour welfare department and current Tuticorin State Assembly Constituency candidate for the 2016 State Constituency Elections for AIADMK.
