Biography

Ryan Rider (born May 23, 1988 in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian professional wrestling commentator, radio broadcaster, and Marketing Representative for Paramount Pictures. He currently works at CJAD 800AM in Montreal as a Technical Producer and Sports Reporter and CHOM 97.7 as a Producer. He is best known as the founder, producer, and host of CJLO's The Main Event. Over his radio career, he has also appeared on CFMB, CINQ-FM, and CBC Radio.
As a wrestling announcer, Ryan has done work for the National Wrestling Alliance, American Wrestling Association, and Wrestling Supershow. In September 2009, Ryan became the Play-by-Play announcer for Top of the World Wrestling (TOW) alongside veteran commentator Marc Blondin.
Ryan left the Main Event in early 2011 and presently works in the sports department at CJAD 800AM in Montreal as a producer for the Montreal Alouettes.
