Rolanda Hollis

Rolanda Hollis is an American politician. She serves as a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives for the 58th district. She replaces Oliver Robinson in the seat. The Northwest Florida Daily News reported that Hollis was arrested for domestic violence at the Inn on Destin Harbor in Destin, Florida on September 22, 2019. According to the article, responding police found obvious signs of a disturbance (broken glass), and a witness reported seeing Hollis shove a male family member who was attempting to open the door to their room. The article goes on to say that both Hollis and the victim denied that there had been any altercation in their statement to police. Hollis was arrested and released the next day from Okaloosa County Jail after posting bail on Monday September 23, 2019.
