Robert Orme is a British actor who has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company, and most recently appeared in the Liverpool Playhouse production of Antony and Cleopatra with Kim Cattrall and Jeffrey Kissoon. Orme has acted under directors such as Janet Suzman, Emma Rice (Kneehigh Theatre) and Dan Meigh. He has also played roles such as Oliver in Off the Ground Theatre Company's As You Like It and has a long history with the company.
Orme worked in London for seven years professionally before returning to the Wirral after a-list productions of Cymbeline and Journey's End. His recent performance in Antony and Cleopatra has become the subject of much discussion for he is also a local drama teacher at Calday Grange Grammar School.
