Biography

Rob Kolar (born September 24, 1980) is an American singer-songwriter, producer, composer and actor.
A notable musician, Kolar has been a founding member of such bands as Lemon Sun, He's My Brother She's My Sister and most recently, KOLARS. As a member of He's My Brother She's My Sister, Kolar toured extensively throughout the US, including such famed festivals as Bonnaroo, Summerfest, Firefly, Secret Garden Party and Austin City Limits. Kolar performed with He's My Brother She's My Sister on The Craig Ferguson Show, with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, in 2013.
Kolar is also a composer for television, he is currently scoring The Detour, on TBS.
As an actor, Kolar co-starred in Monte Hellman's 2010 romantic thriller, Road To Nowhere, with Shannyn Sossamon, Tygh Runyan and Cliff De Young.
Kolar is the grandson of the late British actor, Robert Shaw.
Kolar married musician Lauren Brown in September 2014.
