Rick Outman is a Republican politician from the U.S. state of Michigan. He is currently a member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 70th District which covers Montcalm County and parts of Gratiot County which include: Alma city Arcada Township (part) Bethany Township Emerson Township (part) Pine River Township St Louis city Seville Township.
