Richard Nii-Armah Quaye (born 21 March 1984, Accra, Ghana) is Ghanaian entrepreneur, Founder and CEO of Quick Angels Limited.

Early life

Richard Nii-Armah Quaye was born on 21 March 1984 at Jamestown, Accra. He graduated from the Institute of Professional Studies and also studied the professional course in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) to be certified as an accountant.

Career

At the age of 24 he began his entrepreneurial career. He founded Quick Credit and Investment Micro-Credit Limited, a micro-credit company licensed by Bank of Ghana as Non-Deposit taking Financial Institution. After success with Quick Credit, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye founded Quick Angels Limited which became the first formally institutionalized angel Investor Company in Ghana. Quick Angels works as an angel investor providing equity financing or funding for start-ups, potential and existing entrepreneurs, and people with smart and innovative business ideas. Quick Angels works in the following spheres of investments: SME Equity Financing; Startup Equity Financing; Early Stage Equity Financing and Business Growth Equity Financing. From 31st of May till June 28th, 2019 the company made a nationwide tour to reach out to potential and existing entrepreneurs on the need for equity financing.
