Richard Heinrich Rosenblatt (born December 21, 1930 in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American Ichthyologogist. Rosenblatt was awarded the American Society of Ichthyologists and Herpetologists "Frederick H. Stoye Award" for undergraduate students in Ichthyology in 1956 and 1957.
