Sir Richard David Arnold (born 23 June 1961), is a British High Court of Justice judge in the chancery division.
Education
Arnold was educated at Highgate School and went on to gain his masters from Magdalen College, Oxford, and his diploma in law (Dip.Law) from the University of Westminster.
