Rei Izumi (依澄れい, Izumi Rei, born April 12) is a female Japanese manga artist. She is well known for being the artist to the manga .hack//Legend of the Twilight, and Hibiki's Magic. She is also notable for being the character designer for the visual novel True Tears.
