Raul Cezar Zaiba (born 10 October 1988, Timișoara, Romania) is a Romanian rugby union footballer. His position on the field is scrum-half. He currently plays for RC Timișoara. He won the Junior National Championship in Romania whilst playing for the Metrorex rugby club.
