Ralph Donald Fife (January 26, 1920 - January 31, 2000) was an American football player. He played college football for the Pittsburgh Panthers football team and was selected by the Associated Press as a first-team guard on the 1941 College Football All-America Team. He then played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Chicago Cardinals in 1942 and 1945 and for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1946.
