Raffaele Maiello (born July 10, 1991 in Acerra) is an Italian professional football player currently playing for Serie A club Empoli on loan from Napoli.
He made his Serie A debut for S.S.C. Napoli on May 16, 2010 in a game against U.C. Sampdoria when he came on as a substitute in the 86th minute for Luca Cigarini.
