Rachad Ahmed Saleh Farah (Arabic: رشاد احمد صالح فرح) is a Djiboutian diplomat. He is the Ambassador of Djibouti to France, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the Permanent Representative of Djibouti to UNESCO. He is also the Ambassador of Djibouti to Russia, presenting his credentials to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on 29 May 2009.
