Pradeep Bashyal

Pradeep Bashyal (Nepali: प्रदीप बस्याल) is a journalist based in Kathmandu. He is currently at Nepal Magazine and has written for Washington Post, Buzzfeed. He is the recipient of the Nepal's extraordinary performance award for the year 2072 (2015–16).
He is also known for producing the critically acclaimed documentary Looking The Un-eyed Way that featured Deurupa Pandey, a 75-year-old blind woman from a village in the hills of Syangja district, who lived alone creating wonders about herself.
