Popke Popkema (25 February 1940 — 14 April 2003) was a Dutch Paralympic archer from Nieuwebrug. He competed at five consecutive Summer Paralympics between 1964 and 1980 and won a total of one gold, three silver and three bronze medals. He also medalled at Stoke Mandeville Games.
He became impaired after an accident in 1960. He started with archery as part of his rehabilitation.
He worked as a statistician at Philips in Eindhoven since 1958. He later moved to Riethoven.
