Ponty Thomas was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s, playing at representative level for Welsh League XIII, as a Centre, i.e. number 3 or 4.

International honours

Ponty Thomas played Centre, i.e. number 4, for Welsh League XIII in the 14-13 victory over Australia at Penydarren Park, Merthyr Tydfil on Tuesday 19 January 1909.
