Philo Cleonis filius (Graece Φίλων), qui saeculo IV a.C.n. exeunte floruit, Erythrarum incola et Demetrii Poliorcetae coaevus, fuit inter annos 304 et 302 a.C.n. huius regis miles (sicut et frater Cleon); ob hac ratione a Megariis titulo "proxeniae" laureatus est (IG VII 6).
