Philip Lee Tau Seng (Chinese: 李道生), (d. 1959) was a Malaysian Chinese politician. Highly respected, he was the leading Chinese politician in North Borneo (now Sabah). He was favoured by the British because of the sensitivity of North Borneo colonisation then.
During the Japanese Occupation, Lee worked in the hospital.
He was a member of the Advisory Council of North Borneo (1947–1950), Legislative Council of North Borneo (1950–1958) and Executive Council of North Borneo (1950–1953, 1956–1957).
A road in Tanjung Aru call Jalan Lee Thau Sang near the Kota Kinabalu International Airport is named after him.
