Biography
Paul "PJ" Roberts (born 19 December 1973) is a former Australian footballer and a TV pundit with ESPN Star Sports.

He is also a financial adviser.
Roberts took a keen interest in Liverpool as a young boy growing up in Australia as Craig Johnston was playing for them. Roberts had a diverse playing career, having played professionally in Australia, United States of America, Malaysia and most recently in Singapore. He has also captained Australia in the 1996 FIFA / Futsal World Cup in Spain. His playing career was ended in 2003 due to injury. In Singapore, Roberts taught in the Australian International School of Singapore as a physical education teacher. He also worked in the science section of the school.
Roberts has bachelor's degrees in both Science and Education, and an MBA. He has been tagged the 'brainiest footballer in Asia' by the local Singapore press
In December 2012, Roberts' first book, Mister Lee's Fantastic Football Dream, co-authored with his younger brother Marc Roberts, was published by Monsoon Books.
