Biography
Paul LeBlanc has been President of Southern New Hampshire University since 2003. From 1996 to 2003 LeBlanc was President of Marlboro College in Vermont. The Chronicle of Higher Education describes LeBlanc as, a leading advocate of, "competency-based education, a way to award degrees based on testing and portfolios rather than "seat-time" in a traditional course."
