Oswald William Denison (29 June 1905 – 15 November 1990) was a New Zealand rower.
He won the bronze medal at the 1938 British Empire Games as part of the men's eight.
Competing at the same games was Oswald's father Walter Denison, who won a gold medal in Lawn Bowls in the men's pairs.
