Orlando Calcetas (Orly) is a Senior Science Research Specialist at the Department of Agriculture, Regional Crop Protection Center-CALABARZON, Los Banos, Laguna. He is the entomologist, taxonomist, and crop protection specialist of the center. He is working on the taxonomy of the Philippines June beetles (Coleoptera: Melolonthini) and World Oncocephala and Prionispa (Chrysomelidae: Oncocephalini).
