Oleg Ivanovich Kokarev (Russian: Олег Иванович Кокарев; born March 30, 1963 in Nizhny Tagil) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player. As a player, he made his debut in the Soviet Second League in 1989 for FC Progress Biysk. Currently, he is an assistant manager with FC Sakhalin Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk
