Biography
O.S. Manian is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India.He is incumbent member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from Vedaranyam (State Assembly Constituency).He is incumbent Minister for Handlooms and Textiles in Government of Tamil Nadu. He Previously represented the Mayiladuturai (Lok Sabha constituency) of Tamil Nadu and is a member of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam political party.

Manian has completed formal education only till XII standard. An agriculturist by profession, he has held various offices since 1995.
