Biography
Mehrnoosh "Nooshi" Dadgostar (born 20 June 1985 in Ängelholm) is a Swedish politician for the Left Party and a member of Riksdagen. She is currently the vice party leader of her party. Dadgostar is the party spokesperson for social insurance questions. On 3 February 2020, Dadgostar announced that she would be running for leader of her party after Jonas Sjöstedt.
Her parents came to Sweden from Iran to escape persecution in the early 1980s. She grew up in Hisingen.
