Biography

Nicholas Swirad is an English-born Malaysian football player. He plays as a defender for Johor Darul Ta'zim II F.C. in the Malaysia Premier League.

Youth career

FC United of Manchester

Former crowd favourite who returned for another stint at Church Lane by way of a late substitute appearance during the Boxing Day fixture against Mossley. A product of the youth academy at FC United of Manchester.

Senior career

New Mills A.F.C.

Nick joining The Millers and helping them to The North West Counties League title in 2010/11. Such were his performances during that campaign, Nick was the worthy recipient of The Managers’ and Players’ Player of the Season. He has subsequently featured in The Northern Premier League for Mossley, Ashton United and Stocksbridge Park Steels as well as coaching in America.

Northern Rangers FC

Nick Swirad join Australian club Northern Rangers FC of the National Premier Leagues Tasmania for several years.

Johor Darul Ta'zim II

At the end of the season, Nick Swirad left Northern Rangers FC to sign for Johor Darul Ta'zim II of the Malaysia Premier League.
