Biography
Nguyễn Thu Thuỷ (born 1976 in Hanoi) was crowned the 4th Miss Vietnam in 1994 when she was a first year student at the Institute For International Relations in Hanoi.Nguyễn Thu Thuỷ was born in an intelligentsia family. Her father and mother were civil servant in VietNam of Language Institute .Nguyễn Thu Thuỷ stands at 1m73.5 = 5f8 1/2 in tall and was one of the favorites during that edition, she also got the best answer award in the competition. Thu Thuỷ studied business administration in the United States for 2 years and now she owns a beauty salon in Hanoi.
