Biography
Nenad Stojanović (Serbian Cyrillic: Ненад Стојановић, born October 22, 1979) is a Serbian footballer playing with FK Žarkovo.
Career
Widely known as Purke, Stojanović started his career in Red Star Belgrade but never actually managed to get the regular first-team football. That is why he was loaned out to several club is Serbia and one season in Bosnian Championship playing for FK Leotar Trebinje. As a matter of fact, that season in Leotar was a turning point in his career. He was one of the best players of the league and club's top goalscorer. At the end of 2002-2003 season, Red Star management returned him to the club with the reputation of a clinical striker; however, coaches never gave him the right opportunity to prove this reputation. In 2004, he moved to Belgian side Racing Genk. After season-and-a-half, he moved again and started playing for FC Brussels.
In January 2007 transfer window, he moved to Russian FC Luch-Energiya Vladivostok. Nevertheless, he did not managed to raise his form to the earlier level. He was released from the club in the beginning of 2008. In summer 2010 he signed a one-year contract with Leotar Trebinje, a Bosnian first league club.
During the winter transfer window of the 2014–15 season he joined FK Brodarac playing in the Serbian League Belgrade.
