Nellys Rocio Pimentel Campusano (born 1997) is a Puerto Rican model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Earth 2019 on October 26, 2019.
She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Puerto Rico at Río Piedras.

Pimentel was crowned Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2019 on May 5, 2019 at Ambassador Theatre. She also won Miss Photogenic. As Miss Earth Puerto Rico, she competed at the Miss Earth 2019 pageant in Manila, Philippines.

Pimentel represented Puerto Rico in Miss Earth 2019 pageant on October 26, 2019 held at Cove Manila in Manila, Philippines. At the end of the event, she won the title and was crowned by her predecessor, Nguyễn Phương Khánh of Vietnam.
