Neil Lindsay was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a centre forward. He played for Scottish side Thornliebank before joining Football League First Division club Burnley in April 1895. He made his debut for Burnley on 13 April 1895 in the 0–3 defeat to Sunderland at Turf Moor. Lindsay played one more match for Burnley before leaving the club in October 1895. He subsequently joined nearby Clitheroe.
