Mustafa Çağrıcı (born 1950) is a Turkish professor for Islamic theology and a former mufti of Istanbul.

Çağrıcı was born in Sivas. He guided Pope Benedict XVI during his visit to the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Istanbul on November 30, 2006.
