Mor Yulios Elias is the Metropolitan of Highrange (Adimali) region, Angamali Diocese of Malankara Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church.This diocese covers regions of Angamali diocese falling in Idukki district. Mor Yulios Elias was consecrated metropolitan on 2nd January 2012.
