Mir Tahsin Beg Saied (Kurdish: Mîr Tehsîn Seîd Beg) (born 1933) is the temporal leader of the Yazidi community and the successor of his father Saied Beg, who died in 1944. Mir Tahsin Beg Saied is both the head of the Yazidi community and as well as that of the Religious Council; it represents the Yazidis in all matters in respect of states and tribes. The Office of Mīr is hereditary and is transmitted from father to son. Mir Tahsin survived an assassination attempt in 2004.
During the 1991-2003 existence of the Kurdish Autonomous Region he served as sub-ruler of the Yezidis in that territory.
