Milton Palacios ( − 7 February 2000) was a former football player and manager.
Club career
Palacios played for UES for a few seasons.
Managerial career
Palacios,coached various teams in panama including Plaza Amador, Panamá Viejo FC and San Francisco FC. he also coached in his naive ccountry in particular for the club he played for UES. [1]
