Biography
Michael S. Pike (born 20 April 1961 in Barrow-in-Furness, Lancashire, England) is an English football referee who officiated in the Football League.
Career
He started his career in 1977 and made his way through the North West Counties and Northern Premier League. He later refereed in the Football Conference and was promoted to Football League assistant referee in 1991. He became a Football League referee in 1997 and confirmed that he would retire from refereeing at the end of the 2007–08 season.
