Mihkel Zilmer (sündinud 17. jaanuaril 1986 Tartus) on eesti helilooja.
Kirjutanud muusikat peamiselt filmidele, tuntuimad neist Tõde ja õigus (Eesti 2019), Kalev (Eesti 2022), Forever Rich (Netflix 2021), Erna on sõjas (Taani-Belgia-Eesti 2020).
