Michel Leclercq (born 1938/1939) is a French billionaire businessman. He is the founder and 40% owner of Decathlon Group, a sporting goods retailer.
Leclercq was born in France. His cousin, Gérard Mulliez (cousin), is the founder of the Auchan department store chain, and the Mulliez owns another 40% of Decathlon.
