Biography
Mehmet Umur Tarhan (May 13, 1958, Ankara) Member of the Supreme Court of Appeals. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1984. He was elected to the Supreme Court of Appeals in 2008 while serving in the Ankara Chamber of Commerce as an arbitrator in Ankara. He is currently serving as the Eleventh Law Office of the Court of Cassation.
