Maria Pipiliaridou (born (1986-09-30)30 September 1986) is a Greek female weightlifter, competing in the 53 kg category and representing Greece at international competitions. She competed at world championships, most recently at the 2007 World Weightlifting Championships. She was caught and sanctioned for using the forbidden substances methyltrienolone and buprenorphine.
